WHAT TO EXPECT

This workshop will have you and your child building this ancient siege weapon (also known as a trebuchet) from scratch together, learning about the science and math within and of course, having tonnes of fun shooting down 'castles'. We've also built in bonding activities for you to learn more about each other, and above all, create precious memories.
All workshop participants will:
Create and bring home a wooden catapult
Learn about basic making tools and techniques

1. My child is not familiar / has not used glue guns before. Will it be a problem?
No problem at all! Our program is designed for absolute beginners with zero prior experience. The appropriate level of guidance and coaching will be provided to suit learners of varying competencies.
2. Do we need to prepare anything?
All necessary equipment for this program will be provided. We would however recommend your child brings along a jacket, drinking water as well as basic writing material.
3. Any minimum number of participants required?
Yes, a minimum of 6 participants is required for this course to run. Any event of cancellation will be made known to registered participants at least 1 week prior to commencement.
